2. Product Information & Disclaimers

Synthetic Fibres: Our wigs are crafted from premium synthetic fibres. They are heat-safe up to 160°C (320°F). Exposing the wigs to temperatures higher than this limit will cause permanent damage. BomeliaHair is not responsible for damage caused by improper heat styling or lack of proper care.

Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor displays, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will perfectly match the physical product.

3. Shipping and Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from Switzerland. We pride ourselves on our 48-hour dispatch window for all in-stock items. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. BomeliaHair is not responsible for customs delays or import duties incurred on international shipments.

4. Returns and Hygiene Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair accessories, we have a strict return policy:

• Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
• Lace Front Wigs: If the lace has been cut, trimmed, or altered in any way, the wig is strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Accessories (wig caps, grips, etc.) are final sale.
